Dr. Logan Reiter

Dr. Logan Reiter is excited to see you at Trailhead Advanced Dentistry! He has been working hard for many years to bring this vision to life and is excited to share it with you.

Dr. Reiter grew up in the mountains of Maryland close to his entire family. He attended West Virginia University where he received his bachelor's degree in biology and a minor in Mountaineer football watching. After graduating from West Virginia, Dr. Reiter was accepted to the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, the most cutting-edge dental school in the world (also the first ever dental school in the world). He excelled during his education there, earning several awards and advanced opportunities; his highest achievement being ranked first in his class out of over 120 students when he graduated in 2014.

However, this is only when his real education began. Since beginning his practice, Dr. Reiter has been honing his craft with hundreds of hours of advanced training in all aspects of dentistry. He is currently nearing completion of his fellowship status in the Academy of General Dentistry. He is also in the midst of training at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. Many additional courses have been devoted to dental implant training, advanced cosmetics, and root canal treatment. He is also a certified Invisalign provider. There’s no sign of slowing down his training!

When he’s not at the office, you can find Dr. Reiter at the pool with his wife, Tanya (also a dentist whom he met while in dental school), and their daughter, Finnley. They’re expecting a new addition in the Spring! Otherwise, he’s probably on the golf course.

Robbie

Office Manager

When calling our office or coming in for your appointment, chances are Robbie is the first person you’ll meet! Her infectious and welcoming personality is often raved about in our reviews!

She began her career in Dentistry over 25 years ago in a periodontal practice working in the front office part time while attending UNCC, where she graduated with a degree in English. Always striving to learn more, she took on the role of chairside assistant, obtaining her certificate in dental radiology. There her passion for Dentistry began!

After 8 years working chairside with patients, she transitioned back to the front office in practice management. Her unique skill set of having clinical experience greatly benefits our patients when discussing their treatment needs. She strives to build trust, confidence, and friendship with each person she meets. And she never forgets a patient’s favorite playlist or pet’s name! To her, our patients are part of her extended family!

After hours you’ll find her busy planning our next social media posts, tailgating at Panthers games, or spending time with family and friends. She’s an avid reader, loves traveling and most recently took up paddle-boarding. She is enjoying finding new spots on the water in North and South Carolina.

Fun fact: Football fans may recall seeing Robbie cheering for Charlotte’s pre-Panther-era arena football team, The Charlotte Rage! She uses that same enthusiasm while leading her team and encouraging patients. She is certainly Trailhead Advanced Dentistry’s cheerleader, and she is excited to meet you!

Lexi DeHart

When you come for your appointment, there’s a good chance you run into one of our dental assistants, Lexi. If you think you’ve made it past the infectious personalities at the front desk or over the phone, guess again. There are more of them back in the treatment rooms.

Lexi is one of those “unicorns” of the Charlotte area. She was born and raised in Matthews, NC. After graduating Sun Valley High School, she jumped right into dental assistant training from there, finishing in 2019. She landed her first dental job in 2020 and has been working in the field ever since. She’s drawn to the field because of how fascinating the work is and how rewarding it is to help people smile.

But, back to infectious personalities. It should come as no surprise that she’s gregarious because she’s a passionate former cheerleader and, now, cheerleading coach at her family’s all-star cheerleading gym in the Matthews area, which opened in 2014. When she’s not at Trailhead Advanced Dentistry, you’ll find her at the cheerleading gym sharing her passion with others through teaching the sport.

If there’s any time left in her busy schedule, you’ll find Lexi reading a book (most likely Harry Potter) on the beach (her favorite place on Earth), playing tennis and pickleball, and working out. Come meet her next time you’re in!

Catalina Sincarenco

Here’s another gentle personality you’ll find putting you at-ease when you’re here. At your visits with us you’ll often cross paths with another of our dental assistants, Catalina.

In contrast to being a rare local native, Catalina was actually born and raised in Moldova and she’s fluent in four languages: Russian, Romanian, Moldovan, and English. She moved with her family to the area in July 2009 and went to high school at Piedmont High School. She got into the dental world as a sterilization technician, but quickly found a love for dentistry and patient care and led her to completing her dental assisting training in 2022.

Outside of the walls at Trailhead Advanced Dentistry, Catalina is all about spending time with family and friends. She treasures those close to her fiercely, just as she treasures caring for our patients. Another fierce creature she treasures is her French Bulldog, Timon. You’ll often find her going on walks with him. Another passion of her's is traveling. Next time you come in, see where she’s headed to next!
